Refund Policy

At Aurelingua, we are committed to delivering a bespoke, high-quality educational experience tailored to each learner. Due to the personalised nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refunds

All payments made for lessons, packages, or services are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Rescheduling
​
We understand that schedules may change. Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Requests made within less than 24 hours may result in the session being forfeited.

3. Missed Sessions
​
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice will result in the loss of that session, with no refund or rescheduling offered.

4. Tutor Commitment
​
In the rare event that Aurelingua needs to cancel a session, a rescheduling option will always be provided at a mutually convenient time.

5. Agreement

By booking a session or purchasing a package with Aurelingua Tutoring, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
